Data Deletion Policy

At UpTicker, we take user privacy and data security seriously. This Data Deletion Policy outlines how users can request deletion of their personal data, in compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements, as well as global privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us via:

  • Email: info@uptickerapp.com
  • Inside the App: Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Request Data Deletion

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verified request, we will delete:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Any calendar, health, or location data linked to your account
  • Task data, habit logs, and insights generated
  • App usage analytics tied to your user ID

Note: Certain anonymised and aggregated data may be retained for analytical and operational purposes, but it will not be linked to any individual.

3. Timeline for Deletion

  • Data deletion requests will be acknowledged within 72 hours
  • Data will be fully deleted from our systems within 30 days of verification

4. Verification

To protect user data, we require verification of identity before processing deletion. This may include confirming your registered email or providing a one-time verification code.

5. Third-Party Services

If you signed in using Apple, Google, or another third-party account, we recommend also revoking UpTicker's access from those platforms directly:
