Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is shared with any third parties and we use it only in our system to improve your user experience.

The purpose of collecting data is to analyse daily routines and habits. This data is used in order to make recommendations and give performance insights.

We access all Apple Health and Google Fit data on Android and iOS to analyse your performance on all levels. It greatly helps us improve the user experience:

Personalised insights: By gathering comprehensive data on user activity, including exercise, sleep patterns, heart rate, and more, developers can provide personalised insights and recommendations for improving health and fitness. This can help users understand their habits better and make informed decisions to enhance their overall well-being.

Goal setting and tracking: Integrating health data allows for the creation of personalised goals and milestones based on individual health metrics. Users can track their progress over time and receive real-time feedback, which can motivate them to stay on track and achieve their fitness objectives.

Seamless user experience: By integrating data from both Apple Health and Google Fit, we can provide a seamless experience for users who use multiple platforms or devices. This ensures that users can access their health data regardless of the operating system they use, promoting a consistent and user-friendly experience.

Comprehensive health management: Analysing data from various sources enables developers to provide a holistic view of users' health and fitness. By consolidating information from different apps and devices, users can have a comprehensive understanding of their overall health status, which can lead to better decision-making and a more proactive approach to health management.

Data-driven recommendations: Leveraging data analysis, developers can offer personalised recommendations, such as workout plans, dietary suggestions, or lifestyle changes tailored to each user's specific health goals and needs. This data-driven approach can significantly improve the effectiveness of the recommendations, leading to better outcomes for users.

Enhanced app features: Access to comprehensive health data can inspire developers to create innovative features and functionalities within their applications. For instance, integrating machine learning algorithms can enable apps to provide predictive analytics and proactive suggestions to help users prevent health issues and optimise their fitness routines.
